My time at Cambridge School was pivotal in developing my pedagogical expertise. As a Trainer and Coordinator in the Training and Teaching Improvement Program, I led weekly seminars and workshops, collaborated with experienced teachers in monthly coordination meetings, and engaged in a rigorous professional development process involving in-depth class analysis. This experience honed my ability to lead, mentor, and continuously improve teaching practices.
Furthering my commitment to excellence, I pursued the DELTA (Diploma in English Language Teaching to Adults), a highly respected qualification that significantly deepened my understanding of language acquisition and refined my teaching methodologies.
Teaching corporate classes in Tenerife has provided valuable insights into the specific needs of professionals across various sectors. This has allowed me to cultivate creativity in developing tailored academic programs and sourcing engaging, relevant materials.
Embracing the potential of technology, I’ve enthusiastically explored online resources to create dynamic virtual classrooms. This enables me to extend learning opportunities beyond the traditional classroom, catering to students’ diverse learning styles and schedules. I also dedicate time to creating memorization app content, providing students with valuable tools to reinforce their learning.
